Thank You Ethan Kunkel!

Updated: Oct 24, 2022

The BHS Football Touchdown Club is proud to celebrate BHS Football Senior Ethan Kunkel.

Ethan wears #23 and has contributed to BHS football as a running back and versatile defensive player during his high school football career.

Playing for BHS Football has been meaningful to Ethan because he's made his "closest friends" and been able to make a strong "connection with teammates and coaches on and off the field." BHS football also allowed him the opportunity to play football with his brother, helped him become "less selfish," and led him to "be a better brother, son, man, and community member" who knows how to "lead those around me by example."

When he's not on the football field, Ethan loves snowboarding, working out, traveling, and hanging out around the house with his dogs, family, and friends watching sports.

After graduating from BHS this coming spring, Ethan plans to play college football, major in sports management, and one day, use his training to coach football.

As the end of his BHS Football career nears, Ethan would like to thank his family for "helping me realize my love for football and pushing me to be my best." Ethan also thanks Coach Bishop, Coach Geiger, and all his other coaches for believing in him and helping him reach his goals and become a better man. Finally, Ethan thanks BHS Trainer Shannon Aberton for helping him manage his injuries and stay on the field as much as possible.

Congratulations Ethan on your successful football career at BHS and thank you for all you've contributed to the BHS Football Program and the BHS community in general. We are proud of you and look forward to seeing what you do next in life.
